Hi
i bought a Hisense phone 10 months ago from Choma in Zambia southern Province PEP store. The phone battery started to bulge and poor screen quality. i requested for an exchanged but the manager new manager refused to start the process because i failed to provide an ear piece which i lots.
i feel i deserve to be treated with respect as the manager belittled me and refused to handle my case.
Kindly help me to repair or exchange my phone.
