I have been chasing them since June via email and through their online portal but installation has not been scheduled yet. They were quick to collect the setup fee but no response when it comes to taking action on my concern. Every week I am receiving a message that I am queued for installation and that someone will call me but I never received any phone call. Is this how you treat new customers?
