Fibre not being connected after 6 days - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Our fibre line was installed on the 4th of March. We were informed it may take up to 48 hours to activate.

After numerous call to the call centre, we are still not connected.

I have requested call backs from team leader (since they are always too busy to assist), but no call back to date.

I am considering cancelling since I have read some horror stories of customers not being connected after 2 months! I don’t want to be that customer.

I hope somebody can assist me, I am feeling helpless.

Hi Jurgen

A friendly suggestion, unless you've already done so, go log your complaint on HelloPeter too. Vodacom actually has a department that watches it. I got a response the from Vodacom today after posting on HelloPeter and Complaints DB yesterday.
