Damage both in my products and to my shop's credibility - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I trusted LBC to ship a package containing candles in tin cans and other products to my client somewhere in Laguna. I bubble wrapped it thick and bulky enough, that's for sure! Even so, my client sent me a complaint with photos as to how the tin cans were dented. I had to apologize for something that is completely out of my control and offer free replacement as I really shouldn't have. This would really hurt the name of my shop.


Another issue is that one rider i have encountered with, didn't bring any of the bags and boxes I paid for. Please be responsible, are people paying for your box just to use a box of their own??
