Last month thats September 2020,got a call from you imploring me to pay before expiry of my gotv plus and i will be upgraded to the next package which i said i didnt need, wen i reached home that very day i paid up my package of gotv plus, cause i remembered the lady telling me that am expiring that night. So october comes and i go to pay gotv plus, and they tell me my amount due is 399...something almost 40000,and that i have to pay that amount instead of the package ie 27000, why? I dont know. I go on and pay that figure cause my kids wanted their tv on, i cannot access the programs, no connection. Why r u doing this? Its despicable, u forcing me to pay money for programs i havent asked for. I deserve an explanation. 7031508056
