poor service - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I wanted to open and account at pepcell pmulani mall i wait for a long line only.to be told i must wait another 30 minutes for the card becouse they stay far i waited all people were being helped while i stay aside kindly tell me why you tell your staff to put card far am so bored of your service
