I got a call from a vodacom agent offering what sounded like an educational product. i told her i already had company wifi which my kids use for educational purposes. and i told her i dont like dealing with Vodacom call centres as they mess with my account and i did not want any change in my debit order buts she assured me non of that would happen. and assured me once i activated the product i even get a discounted debit order. I did not activate the product but i already have a tripled debit order on my account. this is not treating clients fairly no is it in line with the FAIS act.
I had made myself sufficiently clear [i do not want to pay anything more than i am currently paying] what part of that is not clear?
I got an invoice via email and i replied to Vodacom customer care and all i got was a pathetic response saying the email was from a source outside Vodacom. Please cancel whatever it is you are charging for and refund my money.
