Faulty laptop - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I ordered a laptop from vodacom and it was delivered last week Tuesday and when i set it up i realized that there's fault on my keyboard. Two of the punctuations are swapped . Today i call in to require about an exchange i was told that they do not exchange laptops. I would have to send it back and cancel the contract and then re-apply . How in the world am i being so inconvenienced , when you people send me a faulty laptop, but i have to start the process over again.

this is honestly the worst service i've ever received.
Glady cancelling this contract and id rather go elsewhere if this is the type of service vodacom gives .
