Bad behaviour with customer - Consumer Complaint for MENLYN TAXI ASSOCIATION - HEAD OFFICE
I have send cargo to india last month 23/3/2021 today I have received many things are stolen and my electronic item is damaged from my parcel when I complain through phone he started yealing on me his contract no. 0559416213 not good behaviour. And he is saying that I'm lying this is very bad and not acceptable behaviour and don't know how to talk with customers he is saying lier to me. I need my damage oven refund because I have paid extra amount for good packing and they replied me we will pack at our office. Very bad behaviour not acceptable and I have attached damage oven image many images and call record of the person who don't know how to talk with customer is with me....
