Incompetency and Below Poor Customer Service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi, I beside my better judgement took out a contract at Vodacom Signet Terrance in Lenasia on the Samsung A31 two for one promotional offer early July, I had the handset for literally three days when it malfunctioned. Returned it within the 7days and had to consistently call them as they never got back to me, needless to say the replacement was actioned 16 days later. Once again brand new handset (blue range) received three days later same OBE issue , returned it once again and insisted that this time I wanted the black range. Once again I had to call repeatedly as there is no customer service and they leave you to wonder. Upon the second return I insisted on a the black range , they call me to collect after my call that we are passed the turn around time of 14 days. Despite my requests they still give me a blue range.I refused and was told it will take 48 hours for the black range to be ordered , this is now more than 4 business days later and no one contacts me to get told it still has not arrived. In a nutshell I have paid for a one and a half month subscription and had a phone for 4 days of the month. Please advise what is the next steps to report the store and the Ombudsman as this is really unacceptable. I require a credit for the days on both July and August that I have not had a handset on this brand new contract. I will never recommend the store to anyone and its an embaressment to Vodacom to have this below average work ethic.
