Vodacom - Head OfficeMy ticket number is SR210309-305926.i have made a total of at least 13 calls inconnection with my activation. The call centre agents are not trained & I regret ever having signed up with Vodacom for Fibre. I was told I would have connection by 15.00 on 10/03/21 & now I call & it hasn't even been assigned to anyone yet...absolutely pathetic!!!!!! & am sure no one is even going too be bothered to contact me!!!
