Credit score update - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I tried calling the customer care number but no one is picking up the phone and I've sent several emails but no response, it is really frustrating. I know we are in times of a pandemic but you make alternatives when you area company in retail.

I have a problem with my credit score report, my bradlows account on my credit score report it reflects as account in arrears its been 2 months with that same status. My account is up to date with payments. Please update my credit score.
