Very Poor Service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I will never ever deal with Bradlows again, I am totally unhappy with service being received which i will now take action in informing the ombudsman.


Firstly- My TV screen was damaged due to ongoing monkey issues in our area where monkeys came into my home via the burglar guard and when my wife screamed they damaged my tv on their way out, to date I am still waiting for a response as to how its going to be resolved as I am without a TV currently and this incident was totally beyond our control.

Secondly- When I purchased goods including the TV I was supposed to be informed by my sales person that I would need to take out insurance should anything happen to the TV screen.


Thirdly- My invoice shows NIL due but you guys keep debiting my account!!! Why????

Fourthly- If R758.00 is debited from my account and the last months balance shows R10861.00 and the following month R758.00 is debited, how can my balance be R10570.00????????

Please resolve this issue asap or I will take this further
