Good day Vodacom
I signed by for Fibre in December, and still not connected.
I have been calling your call centre on 082 1904, and every call centre agent says the same thing "I will refer this to the activations department and they will call you back in 48 hours". Still haven't received one call back or any feedback on the progress.
When I ask to speak to a manager, then i get told, they cannot transfer me to a manager as they working from home.
I need someone to take ownership of this and call me and get the Fibre connected.
Not only is this really bad service but its frustrating as hell.
Please get it together and sort this out.

Comment I signed a contract for fibre on 18 December 2020 and to date still not connected.
I have been calling the call center on 0821904 since 19 January and I always get the same response "not yet allocated and that a follow up email will be sent to the activations department"
I never expected such bad service from Vodacom
