BDO CC DELIVERY FAILED - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Good day!

Regarding my shipment under tracking number 173407929861. I already contacted BDO customer service twice and they already follow up the LBC to ship my cc. Unfortunately, LBC Express Inc didn't response because when i track my parcel it was there in LBC Facility Manila how come my parcel was there supposedly it should be with Pasig Pateros Team right? And until now since March 17, 2021 they did not dispatch my parcel! Please do the needful to deliver my cc, almost 1week now. I need my parcel as soon as possible so please tell to your delivery team to dispatch in my home address, i already gave and note to BDO my mobile no and landmark. LBC should know my home address coz i received a lot of parcel thru LBC and i received my passport recently and it was deliver thru LBC as well. Thank you.
