Automatic scanning - Consumer Complaint for GOtv Uganda, Contacts,GoTv Uganda Customer Care

My decoder is over scanning it's self almost after two hours it scans it self to this is irritating please help. And the other problem I have is that the other buttons on my remote don't work do you have any solution thanks you
