I am really disappointed with the kind of service your rider has showcased today. I would like to respectfully request to reprimand your rider, Mr. James Obispo, with cellphone number +639 486514697 for the rude behavior he manifested with my mother, who is a person with disability.
I am not expecting any parcel from today, since what he delivered was already coordinated to the seller to be cancelled, and be returned by J&T Express. I was shock when this driver showed up to my house, without even calling me for confirmation if I can receive the parcel or not. He claimed that he keeps on calling me, but I did not receive any phone calls from his number, and he also claimed that the number cannot be reached.
My parents, puzzled also, were asked to pay certain amount, where in fact they avoid to pay since they do not know what is inside the package. The rider, then ALLOWED them to open the package to see what is inside. Upon informing my parents that the product is already cancelled and the seller know it already and expecting that the item will be returned to them, my parents carefully explained the situation as advised by me.
However, your rider showed bad behavior towards my mother, which ends up in a fight.
I want to complaint regarding this because first of all, it is in the right of the customer to know the product before he/she received it for safety purposes. You cannot argue with me that the parcel is opened, since the driver allowed them to do so, even without paying. What I cannot accept is that the rider cannot comprehend the situation that the parcel will be returned to the seller so he keep insisting he was right.
In this matter, I would like to take action regarding this driver and/or reprimand him for his behavior. I need report on this matter, because if not, I will pursue legal actions for violating the Consumers Right Act of 2015 and Magna Carta for Persons with Disability.
