To that big lady staff with the most abhorrent attitude I have ever encountered aka Ms. L.A

I just wanted to express my unsolicited rant, that I am utterly disgusted with the way you handle your customers. I admitted that it was my first time to avail of the COP cash refund service, and instead of providing me instructions properly, this particular staff of yours had the nerve to throw attitude after not even explaining well the procedure behind the said service. I tried my best to be polite still, since she looked like she had a rough week anyway. But seriously LBC? Where do you get your employees? Do you even train them? I guess not. She obviously looked like she needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I think even all your other staff should as well. Sa mga taga Parañaque, I recommend LBC sa Puregold Sucat or sa 3/F SM City Sucat, if you don't want to be insulted by these staff members. I, atleast, know better to travel further nalang to avail their services than going back to this branch.
And as for you, ate gorl, you obviously didn't need to raise your voice at me, you obviously didn't need to insult me silently under your face mask, and you obviously didn't need to "dabog" infront of me, especially when I didn't even do anything wrong. Yes, I was confused at first but you didn't need to insult me of not following instructions when you can't even relay it properly yourself. But you chose to be rude instead, hence this unsolicited rant/complaint. Advice ko sayo? Keep your disgusting, unprofessional attitude to yourself.
