I have been consistently following up through email regarding installation. It’s been months since we settled payment but up to now, we still haven’t heard from Converge. I think no one even bothers to fast track installation process after they got our
payments. So disappointing. I think we can report them to DICT or something.

This is beyond unacceptable!
