I lost my connection for about 3 days. I sent them an email many times.Created my own ticket and called support number that is not working I decided to finally go the nearest converge office in our area early in morning 9AM I gave them the last 5 digits of my acct number only to be told that the repair team is on the way. I went home and waited for a day. No one came and I just wasted my time waiting for nothing. They made me look like a fool and i lost sleep because I waited for several hours.
