DStv installation - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Hi my name it's kedibone I have bought DStv and I have paid the installer it's been two weeks now waiting for the installer dis is not I good service I called 1 of ur stores I gave them my details they say they will get back to me even naw m waiting for their response did they find the installer becos that voucher on the slip says it can't be refunded
