Vodacome missatake - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I paid by debit card on the 25th of February and by march I see they say I never paid and charged me February fees plus a R100 penalty, I sent the bank statement and the fee was returned as paid but the R100 penalty was not fixed after I paid in February before march and the mistake was on vodacome side. Now I am not paying a cent till the R100 is fixed because I did pay with proof to the bank statement and vodacome finance did see that. Now my phone is set for upgrade and I cant get deals because of this issue, I been a customer for over 4 years and this is how vodacome treats me with robbing me of R100.
