cellphone Contract application status - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I applied for a contract online on the 9th of November , ref:26790188 got an email to say it's approved and agent will call me back to finalise my application I have been waiting ever since. Then I started calling the sales line 0821950 without success, after that my number was blocked because i was calling a lot.
