I have ordered a watch specifically a Mi Band 4 watch through online and cash on delivery, costing P699. Today, July 7, 2020, I have received the delivery. But it was a different product. I noticed that the delivery pouch has no sender's number. The name of the sender is "JSHOP". I searched the facebook under the sender's name, I found out that they have the same complaint. I hope you will put this into immediate attention knowing that one courier service was recently under fire. Please take note of this for your company's good. Thank you very much.
