No Internet connection - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I've settled my payment which was overdue so I made sure to make the payment as soon as I can. Yet they haven't return my connection which is badly needed for home schooling and work from as well. I call them everyday yet no one answers. I emailed and message them as well but no action was done. Their customer service really needs improvement.
