Delivery charge - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

Fully paid for tiles and waited for about a month or 2 for them. I was quoted R750 for delivery and now I am told they consider weight and I must now pay double for delivery. They knew the tile weight the first time and this was not disclosed to me. This is not fair. This is Vrybuyrg CTM.
