Clicks Store - Head OfficeI bought products online in March, however the items somehow got lost in the delivery process, Carl from customer service assured me that I will be refunded in cash back. I have not received any communication from clicks regarding my refund, it's now June and I have not refunded my money for goods paid for but not received, ref number14980673
