I have contacted vodacom on numerous occasions to get assistance with my wifi to no avail.
I have spoken with multiple consultants, one of whom, Tabiso from the cancellations department was extremely rude.
My wifi signal is terrible and this has been acknowledged but I cannot seem to be able to get my contract cancelled despite the consultants and a team leader (Dean) from customer care acknowledging that I shouldn’t be paying for something that I cannot connect to. In addition I am now taking out an additional contract with another service provider so I will be paying for two contracts.. one of which doesn’t work. I refer to the attachment and the numerous calls that I have logged
I have left numerous messages for team leaders to call me to no avail or have been advised that team leaders cannot call back or calls cannot be transferred to them.
No one has gotten back to me on my calls logged. Each time I call I get put through to different consultants with the same end result ... nothing..
Apparently messages snd calls are going through to my router even though I have emphasized that it’s a router number and I cannot get calls or messages on it.. in addition I have asked to be contacted on my cell number.. each time the number from the system gets read out it is incorrect despite me asking them to change it on numerous occasions.
