Exchange issues - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I bought DSTV Explora on 3rd May 2021 price was R850.00 at pep stores Brits, Tom str, found it was registered on some body Name, had to return it for exchange, Manager said the price R999.00 is not the same i have to get my money back they cannot do exchange for as price is up, which is not fair for me as a customer believe i had to get that decorder with same price i bought, I have been doing up and down to the shop till now, Manager said she will get back to me, since i was waiting, this matter need to be resolved as soon as possible i cannot wait anymore.
