Bills has been settled, still you cut our connection one week after our payment. It's been a week and no one's answering in your hotlines, nor my emails in customer service. In just a few days, new bill will arrive. I don't want to pay for a bill that we haven't use.

Any update?? This is so frustrating, we've already settled our bill 2 weeks ago, how come it doesn't appear on your system? When are you planning to reconnect our line? I keep on sending an emails asking for update, you only gave me a ticket, and said that you'll get back to me after 1-2 business days, it's almost 10 days, yet no one's answering my emails. Your customer service hotlines are all useless. We've done our part on our end, so please do your part. Give us an update. Reconnect our line.
