- Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My name is Kgomotso shihlane I want to sue Vodacom Midrand for lying and taking my money.this guy by the name of Fran's called on Friday claiming I won a cellphone,fridge and cash he told me they were delivering tomorrow before 16:00 and his assistant manager whom I didn't even ask his name but a white person.he told me I should deposit R450 in ms Legodi's account of which when I was busy making that transaction the lady is Teffu of which I was told she is the assistant as well I tried calling many times they even blocked my numbers I have record of everything in my phone they even made me buy a R110 Vodacom airtime that never even cleared on my phone but they took the voucher pin.this happened yesterday 30 October 2020,I and the media will be in Midrand of Monday with cameras to interview the manager for the fraud and to sue them
