Delivery failer - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a fridge on Friday 22 May 2020 cash in Bradlows Festival Mall.To this day it's not being delivered even though I was promised delivery on Saturday 23rd by Manager Thabiso.Is it possible to get my money back because everyday they promise that they will deliver?Yesterday I was in the store and I was told the same story. Today I phoned 3 times and they told me same stories"We will definately deliver it today".
