Clinic booking - Consumer Complaint for Dischem Bedford Centre

Good day hope this mail finds you well. I would like to express my disappointment to your clinic services.

I have been using your clinic in somerset mall for my baby's immunization and I was told that I don't need to make a booking everytime I went last year.

Today I took my baby for immunization and I was told that I needed to make a booking. It was so disappointing because I had to drive 60 km to get there and to be told this.

Worse of all I was sent a message reminding me about the immunization and atleast it should have been mentioned on the message that the procedure has change and that I need to make a booking before I come.
