DELAY IN DELIVERY - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeI was expecting an important package to be delivered yesterday. I had it arranged for next-day delivery as I need it for work. I paid fairly for the service, however, I still haven't received the package. The latest update posted on their tracking website is RETURN TO HUB when they haven't even tried delivering my package yet! So disappointing as it affects my means of living.
