contract cancellation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My contract is ending on May 2021. I called in to request cancellation. The agent Kiloshni Reddy instead of canceling my contract, she upgraded it. I told her several times that I cannot afford an upgrade as I have another vodacom contract and I am presently unemployed. She blatantly said that she cannot do anything about it and put me through another department. I have spoken to several agents to reverse this upgrade but nothing has been done. Please sort this issue. I want to cancel my 0609857222 contract.
