Dissatisfaction of service delivery - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought couches at Virginia bradlows, I wasn't given an invoice, my product hasn't been delivered even today. I've been making follow up no one is informing me about anything. The manager Elna just told me later that she doesn't have stock on that product and she doesn't know when they'll have stock. Rather I take those on display that are pre-used there's nothing she can do. How's that possible? She further gave me a number to call head office and found out myself. I'm fed up, and if the matter is not resolved asap I'd be happy to get back my money with immediate effect and get rid of bradlows
