Services suspended - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

On 15/12/2016 I received an SMS from Vodacom VIP and it said I will be receiving R55 free Vodacom airtime promo every month. I have been receiving the airtime since then, yesterday on the 25/02/ 2020 I tried to make a phone call later in the evening and was told my services are suspended without any prior notice. I'm very dissapointed as I'm using the sim card full time and as I'm in the job market I've used that number when applying for jobs. Please reinstate my services effective immediately and bring back my voice minutes which I have bought yesterday..Vodacom should have notified me of any changes to my services, when I phoned Vodacom yesterday I was told to go to a Vodacom shop which is not possible because I just had a baby recently, and I'm not in a position to go anywhere due to my condition and worst part is we do not have a Vodacom shop nearby, i have to travel for more than 100 kilos to get one..Please resolve this matter urgently and reinstate my services..I was told my phone is a contract but I did not sign any contract or agreement to change my number to contract from prepaid..0791501071
