Miss led into a contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

On 28 April I called in about a data line I had and wanted to upgrade. The agent named Direct assisted me and offered me 100GB day and 100GB night with a router for R599. He said he could only make it effective 1 June but what he would do was arrange 50GB data to be added once I received the router if I called into retentions and it would be a R344 once off fee.
The router arrived 5 May and I called in to activate the 50 GB. I have called in daily and still have no joy. The last agent I spoke to valled me at 9 pm telling me he was an acting team leader was rude and could not help and still my query not escalated.
The reason I took this was to work from home so now Im unpaid cannot work and cannot cancel or get the 50 GB data all because the original agent miss sold me.
