Been using converge for a year+ now, and there some months that the internet will be down and you have to get in touch with someone on there customer support to address the issue.

Just this month I have encountered a intermittent connection - where my internet goes down every 30 mins(exact) for like a week while talking to someone in there C.S. and then they fixed it, but then just 3-5 days after the issue is back and I immediately told them about it, they asked me for Ping Test, Tracert, Speed test again on the email again like before.

But now they won't reply back after that. 2 weeks later still have the problem no reply to the emails and the Call customer support just always let me do the pingtest etc. on the cmd. And they will just direct me to email support and will get ignored again once I provide them the PING TEST, TRACERT, SPEEDTEST on the email.

This problem has been already up for 3 weeks now and still no help or update from there tech support team.

ALSO they send another bill for this month, what a scam.


Waste of money and time.

Screenshot is there last message and after providing the stuff this asked for, no one will message back or update me.

Never happened before since all the problem I encountered was fix before.



SO if you are really unlucky and the people from the tech support don't know how to fix your issue they will pretty much just abandon the customer.

Same here, every 30 minutes the internet is going down. I have an open ticket (005527058) for a month, but until now no resolution being provided.
