Rach reanzares this customer service representative is "trying" to help us for 2 hours and counting and we're already asking for her supervisor but she said shes on break name of supervisor
Gabby Tavarez, is there such break on a company that last for more than an hour? Our case is just a payment that was not posted and we're sending the proof of payment through email but the rep is not receiving it, and our bill is about to be due again. This is our only way of living, i hope you understand that we need an immediate response for this. This is not a very good customer service coming from a respective company.
