I was notified that my package will arrived today earlier in the morning. It was also picked up by the rider in the morning. So, I waited for a whole day but he texted me late at night saying that he will just reschedule it tomorrow. I would have told him, he better deliver it first to me before delivering to other places. But I was kind enough. Isn't there any liable cost for us buyers when the rider couldn't even gave us reasons why our expected package cannot be delivered on the expected date?
