Account Cancellation and Refund - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Hi, We've applied for converge service online on May 10 and was advised that there are available ports on the area. We were provided the reference number: SS-05-2558313. We completed the application and received the payment instructions and processed the payment on May 11 through GCash reference number: 5403 3601 7 for account number 1464 6020 50321. A few days later, a technician went to our place and checked the area but we were informed that there are no available ports and there are still 27 pending applications for the box.

We requested for the account to be cancelled as we will be relocating house and I've sent a cancellation request a d was provided this ticket number: 005 478 939 on May 18. I was also asked for my valid ID, a letter request and Receipt of initial payment and the account name and number, which I did. I have not received any updates after sending these details.

I would like to cancel the account and receive the refund immediately as I was misinformed that there are available lines. And we will be relocating thus no longer need the service on the previous address. Hoping for your quick response otherwise, I will seek assistance from NTC.
