Good day.

My account was suspended for 6 months so that I was able to pay off the areas. As soon as I thought I had reached the limit and paid it off I was told that my monthly subscription is still charged! Which is not acceptable at all! How is my account suspended yet im being charged for a subscription thats not even active? Really vodacom. Even during this pandemic you find ways to rob us!
