- Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Good day,

After I've been sent from pillar to post by Bradlows Head office sending me back to the shop salesman where I bought the coyches. Salesman has been saying I must wait for their werehouse to call me to arrange for collection of couches which were damaged by their werehouse while they were sent for repairs. At the end he sent me response via WhatsApp with photos taken from a document which stated that I am out of warranty I am liable for repairs cost plus transport, they said I must R900. 00 for collection of the couches then they will qoate me for repairs which I refused to do as the couches were damaged in their werehouse. The person I've been communicating with via email at brad***@jdg.co.za is no longer responding to my emails.

I wish I could forward you our communication history since 01 March 2021 via email if possible?

Kindly assist on how do I fix this issue.
