Good day! I’m writing to you to make a complaint about my parcel. It has already been shipped out on Oct. 24, 2020 and until now it still did not arrive. It has been in Metro Manila on Oct. 25, 2020 and did not move since then. It has been 6 days already. It would’ve been okay if it takes 7 days or more as long as it’s already near my location but it isn’t. I hope you‘ll make an action on this matter as soon as possible.
