Paid bill and vidacom says unpaid - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Made payment on the 03/11/2020 from my credit card due to change if banking details, since then it reflects as unpaid and no one is interested to resolve my issue with my bill, all I want is this to be sorted out. Please can someone contact tobresolve the issue.
