We paid the 1500 Cash Bond 1month na mahigit. Pero wala pang feedback kung kailan installation. Last August nagtetext kayo for Schedule of Installation, said that someone would contact us for the date & time pero wala naman. I contacted all your online portals Twitter, Email, FB and all I got is an Automated email with a Ticket# na wala namang saysay. I called Customer Service today since the past weeks kasi puro recorded lang kumakausap samen sa CS Hotline nyo. The Agent was eager to help, so nag rant ako malamang. Kayo maglabas ng pera ng walang kasiguraduhan, hindi ba kayo magagalit? I told her I have nothing against her and what I'm whinning about is for CONVERGE ALONE. I ask for a Supervisor/Manager to provide me Concrete Answers since I know that most of the responses ng Agent is basically scripted. And then, the Agent put me on Mute without asking permission, I know the call was not disconnected since wala kong narinig na disconnect tone. It was just blank. I said I would wait and ask to not put me on mute since I know they are not allowed to do that. But still no response. I waited for I think 15mins until my patience ran out. I even kept talking so the Agent would know I'm still on the other line. But nah, NOTHING! IF YOUR PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR CONTRACTORS, SO ANONG KINALAMAN NAMIN DUN? KAYA NGA KAYO MAY SERVICE BOND EH AND KAYA NGA KAYO MAY INSTALLATION FEE NA SISINGILIN FOR YOU TO PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSUMERS! BAYAD NALANG KAMI TAPOS WALA NA? MAY MGA TRABAHO PO KAMI NA NALALAGAY SA ALANGANIN SA GINAGAWA NYO. AT MAY MGA ANAK KAMING NAGAARAL NA KAILANGAN UM-ATTEND NG VIRTUAL CLASSES. DAPAT PAG NAGAPPLY NG INSTALLATION SAINYO, SABIHIN NYO 6MONTHS TO 1YEAR PO BAGO MA-INSTALL PARA AWARE KAMI! NAGMAMADALI KAYO MANINGIL NG CASH BOND PERO ANG TUMAL NG SERVICE NYO!!!! WAG NYONG SAMANTALAHIN ANG MGA CONSUMER DAHIL LANG ALAM NYONG NO CHOICE KAMI KUNDI MAGHINTAY!!!! ANG BOX NYO NASA TAPAT LANG NG PINTO NAMIN. AND PLEASE DON'T MAKE EXCUSES ABOUT MOBILIZATION, HALOS 3-4X A WEEK MAY NAKAPARK NA SERVICE TRUCK NG CONVERGE SA TAPAT NG BAHAY NAMIN. PERO WALA DIN SILANG MAISAGOT.
