Refund missing items charged - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

FoodPanda - Head OfficeI was charged full price for my order that had 2 missing items via card. I need you to refund my money. It's not a huge amount but you have to be fair with your service. If this is not resolved I will never use Food panda or recommend it ever again.

Comment They did the same to me, I was charge the full price for a missing order. And it happened twice. They will only give you voucher that of course will only be used if you order again with them. That is their strategy.
