LOST OF ITEMS BUT THEY DID NOT PAY US - Consumer Complaint for Shopee Philippines

i am an ordinary employees and one of a seller in this online shopping like shopee philippines. i have to order id's 201218V5NW1XTQ & 201217SF9CWX9N, they declare as already returned to the seller, but we did not received the items yet. and they said that it was returned on january 3, 2021 to our guard,We do not have any guard here in our office and we resume on january 4, 2021, who is the one accepted that items. and also december 29, 2020 they returned the other items on date around 6 pm and received by the guard. i also said that our office has no guard and our office hour is always operate from 8 am to 5pm only, from monday to saturday. who is that person are they talking with and received those items. I try to coordinate them but they always say that it almost 30 days beyond and it will be noted in the present.. if they encountered this problem. how can you help me to solve this problem. I'm just an ordinary person and working hard for our daily needs and there is no one who can refund this amount 3,000.00 and 1,200.00 from them. it's not my fault to pay this amount it's hard for me to accept that responsibility because it's not my error.
