This is my 4th attempt to cancel contract. I have called vodacom 3 times to cancel contract 082 606 4072, no action taken, every time I am told it is escalated and I will receive notification of cancellation (in November, 29 December spoke to Govender, 18 January 2021 spoke to Zwelani).
With COVID-19, we take pay cuts, I cant cope with payments, I need to cancel before my finances complicate my life any further. PLEASE CANCEL CONTRACT URGENTLY
